The title says it all.

“ADD-Friendly Ways to Organize Your Life.” Who wouldn’t want that.

This is perhaps the best book out there for getting control of your time, your schedule and your life.  Useful. Easy to read. Comprehensive. And sympathetic to the challenges ADHD Adults face, but confident that there are solutions that will work.

Kolberg & Nadeau look at the complete range of organizing challenges, from organizing your time, to your managing stuff and your finances, paperwork, schedule and goals. For each area they offer three distinct solutions. The first are things you can do on your own. If those don’t work, they introduce solutions you can use that involve a partner, a friend, family members or others. And if that doesn’t do the trick, they take it to ‘Level Three’, which means getting help from professionals. They explain who to hire, what they can do, what qualifications to look for, and how to get the maximum bang for your buck.

Just a great book. I know how useful it is because my copy is full of sticky-notes and marked pages. (I should probably try and organize that a bit.)
